About the role
We are currently looking to expand our team with a Technical Customer Support Specialist. You will be the front to our customers and partners and the core of delivering our solution. You will also support our customers and partners daily with technical questions and simultaneously be the super user of our products to ensure they get the most value. By helping onboard our new customers, educating and advising them, and solving their day-to-day technical issues, you ensure our customers get the success they deserve from our products.
Your responsibility as a Technical Customer Support Specialist
- Serve as the first line of support for our customers and partners
- Setting up systems for new customers
- Configuration of our services
- Day-to-day technical support to our customers and partners
- User training in our platform
- Collaborate with our tech and product teams to escalate and resolve complex issues
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and feedback for continuous improvement
- Make sure our customers get the most value from our solution
- Act as a brand ambassador, fostering positive relationships with our user community
We think you have
- Proven customer support experience or experience as a Client Service Representative, preferably in the tech industry
- Excellent communication skills in English, both verbally and in writing
- Additional languages to English are advantageous
- Empathy and a solid commitment to providing outstanding customer service
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
- Strong problem-solving skills and a solution-oriented mindset
- Tech-savvy with the ability to quickly learn and navigate software applications such as Cloud platforms, Windows Server, Jira, Adobe Suite, etc
- Meriting if you have experience in print production and Artwork Management.
